We were in town for a Spartan Race and decided to stop by this place before heading back home to Baltimore. The place was exactly like the name ... a cozy corner. The restaurant was warm and inviting. The staff made you feel like family and you could definitely tell who the regulars are. My husband had the steak and eggs, I had the western omelet... and BABYYYY everything was delicious. Nothing needed any more seasoning, everything was seasoned well and nothing was greasy. The house made hot pepper sauce was delicious and is definitely a good condiment to add to your meal. We are satisfied and FULL. We highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch ????
Theo’s was fantastic! Cozy environment with friendly service and delicious food. Menu had a mix of traditional American breakfast favorites and Brazilian. Theo makes his own homemade hot sauce and it is delicious. Keep in mind it is cash only!
Delicious food, excellent service & lively, cozy, comfortable atmosphere! Theo's is a must visit for anyone traveling to Boston. Cash only. Generous portions, expert execution on the omelet & home fries. If you like a little extra spice, ask for their in-house sauce. My wife & I couldn’t get enough of their hot pepper spicy sauce, so we bought a bottle to take home.
I really love this place. It has a good atmosphere, and the people who work here are friendly. However, the most inconvenient thing is that they only accept cash, and I didn’t have any. I had to go to a corner store nearby to withdraw money. Nevertheless, I love the place.
It has a cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and great food. You will find a line to get in, depending on the time, but it moves quickly. I will get back to this place :)

Has to be the best breakfast place in Boston ! When you come up to the restaurant, there's going to be a line, there's a line for a reason. The food is exceptional. I absolutely love this place. The service is exceptional, the food is phenomenal and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. This is a must visit when you come to Boston. Have some patience and wait in the line it's worth it ! HUGE portions and the omelettes are super large. Don't miss the opportunity to eat here.
Deep In to old Boston lies the best breakfast place I've ever had theo was super nice we got our food really fast I basically inhaled the fries and the burger was really awesome
Theo's Cozy Corner was a hit! The ambience is cute and personal, giving off a comfy family feel. The food was delicious--homemade goodness that made for the perfect bite before we wrapped up our Boston trip. We ordered the Big Boy Breakfast, Hamburger, and the Breakfast Special, and everything was fantastic! Thank you to the staff for the welcoming hospitality and the wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend!
